Francis Masaline is an internationally recognized for being a Global Peace Ambassador for All Lives Do Exist and Women's Lives Do Exist Movements and regional Chair of Liberia. He is also a social entrepreneur, youth policy advocate, and institutional leader with over a decade of experience advancing youth empowerment, climate resilience, peace building, gender equality, and inclusive development across Africa and globally. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the , a pan-African nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing poverty, inequality, and systemic exclusion through leadership development, education, climate action, and youth-led innovation aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Africa Agenda 2063. Under his leadership, YIL-Network has implemented multi-sectoral, donor-funded programs focused on democratic governance, environmental sustainability, SRHR, land rights, and community resilience, particularly targeting women, youth, and marginalized populations.

Francis’s academic and professional formation reflects a strong commitment to global excellence, interdisciplinary learning, and applied leadership. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration and has pursued higher education in Business Administration, Sociology & Public Administration, and Information Technology. He has completed advanced professional certifications and executive training with leading global institutions, including the University of Cambridge (Lucy Cavendish College & Hughes Hall) in Sustainable Development, Climate Resilience, and the Law; the University of London in Global Diplomacy; Harvard Business School’s Aspire Institute in Leadership Principles; UNITAR in ecosystem-based climate adaptation; the Institute for Economics & Peace in Positive Peace and global indices; and the University of Cape Town in Social Innovation. He is also an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI–RLC Accra), Business and Entrepreneurship Track, strengthening his expertise in institutional leadership, policy engagement, and sustainable enterprise development.

At the international and regional levels, Francis has held influential leadership, advisory, training, and advocacy roles with United Nations agencies, international NGOs, and global platforms. He served as Chairman of the Strong Accountability Mechanism Committee for under the Liberian Youth Voices for Accelerating the ICPD initiative, strengthening integrity, transparency, and youth-centered SRHR programming. He is a Climate Change Advocate with the , an official member of the United Nations Children and Youth Major Group (CYMG-UNEP), a Champion Member of the , and a Global Peace Ambassador with the International Youth Society. His professional portfolio also includes service as Country Director of the Youth International Conclave, Program Advisor and Africa Coordinator for Scholastic Foundation-S (Asia), Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for Action Oriented Youth of Liberia, and Master Trainer in Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy with Education Development Center (EDC) under USAID-supported programs.

Francis’s leadership and impact have been widely recognized through prestigious national and international awards, including the Italian Ministry of Business & Made in Italy’s Sign of Peace Award (2025), the Humanitarian Hero Award (2025), Social Development & Non-Profit Leadership Award (2024), Influential Youth Icon Award (2024), MoMo Heroes of Change Award (2023), International Future Innovative Award (2022), and Most Ethical African Humanitarian Educator Award (2023), among others. In addition to his policy and development work, he serves as an Africa Brand Ambassador for All Live Do Exist, promoting peace, human dignity, ethical leadership, and social justice through global media, advocacy platforms, and cultural diplomacy. Guided by values of accountability, inclusion, and systems transformation, Francis remains committed to building peaceful, climate-resilient, and equitable societies where young people are empowered as leaders, innovators, and decision-makers.
